Shipping policy
All HomeSquad products are made to order and fulfilled by our premium production partner, then shipped via express Special Line delivery. Most orders enter production immediately; during peak periods please allow up to 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- United States: 3–5 days average shipping time (express Special Line)
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Please Note:
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after production has begun
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
